We love to share our patient's journeys with other families by posting on social media. It is a fantastic opportunity to put real faces to the clinic and help families feel comfortable and confident when walking through our doors. Please know that we will never add your baby's name to any pictures that are shared.

I understand that I have the right to revoke this authorization by providing written notice to Baby Bear Cranial Clinic. I understand this authorization is voluntary. I understand that I will not be compensated for the use of any images or my likeliness that is used in any social media formats.
