Referrals & Insurance Information

Patients may be referred to our clinic with or without a physician’s prescription for the initial consultation.

If treatment is recommended, a prescription and supporting progress notes may be required for insurance processing of a cranial remolding helmet.

We are in-network with most major insurance carriers and also offer a deeply discounted private-pay option, which may be a more efficient choice for some families.

We do accept Medicaid (ForwardHealth). Please note that an additional referral step is required for cranial remolding helmets, as ForwardHealth mandates prescriptions come from a pediatric craniofacial surgeon.
